As we reported through this website a few weeks ago, the Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea in Brussels, Carmelo Nvono-Ncá, has allocated half of his salary for the month of April to buy large quantities of medical supplies, such as gloves, masks and disinfectant hydroalcoholic gel, to distribute among all Equatorial Guinean citizens residing in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

The growing demand for basic sanitary materials, due to the sanitary crisis that is taking place throughout the planet, has generated many difficulties in the supply and, therefore, has put at risk the security of hundreds of thousands of citizens. Ambassador Nvono-Ncá wanted the Equatoguinean colony in Belgium to have the necessary protection to prevent their health from being endangered.

On June 1, the Embassy team received all the cargo, which from now on will be distributed to each of the towns where there are Equatorial Guinean residents.
