An important delegation of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea (PDGE), headed by the General Secretary, Jerónimo Osa Osa Ecoro, landed the day before yesterday, 4 in February, in Ankara in order to hold important meetings with the governing political party in Turkey: AK Party (Justice and Development)

The meetings, which started yesterday, have been held with the party’s President of International Affairs, Cevdet Yilmaz, the Vice president of the same department, Afif Demirkiran, and the Party Representative in Brussels, Ruhi Acikgoz.  Throughout these meetings, the delegation of the PDGE has been able to voice its first impressions and interest to enhance their cooperation through a bilateral agreement between both parties, which they hope could be ratified by the end of this official visit.

This political visit constitutes a great advance for PDGE external relations, and for this purpose the Secretary General has been accompanied by Mr. Sehe Nsi Bindang, Special Adviser of the National Office; Diosdado Bengono Mba Nchama, Head of the Department of International Relations of the party; Juan Nguema Eyene, Deputy Chief of Cabinet; Pergentino Owono Nchama, Deputy Head of the Department of International Relations and Victoriano Nguema Mba, Assistant Secretary General.
