After months of work and discussions, led by the General Secretary of the PDGE, Jeronimo Osa Osa Ecoro, as well as by the Embassy of Equatorial Guinea in Brussels, with Ambassador Carmelo Nvono-Ncá at the head, finally yesterday it was officially announced that the The Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea is already an observer member of the International Center for Democratic Parties (IDC-CDI), a strong international association composed of the most influential Christian Democratic and Christian Socialist parties in the world.
The announcement was developed in the Presidential Palace of Malabo by President Obiang himself, as well as by the President of the IDC, the former Colombian President, Andrés Pastrana.
