The Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea in Brussels is proud of being one of the first paying a visit to his new columbian counterpart in the Belgian capital, Mr Sergio Jaramillo.

Nvono-Ncà did not miss the opportunity to wish his warm welcomes to Mr Jaramillo, especially when knowing the functions he occupied in his country of origin before he took office in Brussels. As a matter of fact, Sergio Jaramillo was from 2012 to 2017 the High Commissioner in charge of maintaining peace and therefore the head leading the peace negotiations with the FARC, after a 50 years conflict.

Nvono-Ncà expressed the deep respect and recognition of Equatorial Guinea for his dedication and commitment for peace “ We admire your commitment for peace, the talents of mediation that the Columbian authorities prove remains a source of admiration” he said.
