    How to proceed

    Nationality Certificate

    1. Download  and complete the certificate request document by checking the “nationality” option.
    2. Attach to the file a color copy of your passport – only the page on which your information is indicated–.
    3. Send your FULL file to the Embassy’s email guineaecuatorial.brux@skynet.be
    4.  The consular service will contact the applicant to offer a personal meeting and instructions to finalize the process.
    5. Citizens who do not reside in Belgium can carry out the procedures via a service agency, preferably DHL.
