Condolencias Benedicto XVI

The Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea in Brussels, Carmelo Nvono-Ncá, has visited the Apostolic Nuncio to Belgium, Franco Coppola. Concerning the recent death of Pope Benedict XVI, Nvono-Ncá has taken the opportunity to convey his condolences.

This is the first meeting between the Nuncio and Ambassador Nvono-Ncá and, apart from wishing an excellent year 2023, the Equatoguinean diplomat has placed himself at the entire disposal of the Apostolic Nunciature in Brussels, which also represents the deanery of all Ambassadors in Belgium.

Likewise, Nvono-Ncá took the opportunity to reiterate the clear condition and faith of Equatorial Guinea: «the Catholic Church is more than a spiritual reference. We are a believing country that fervently lives the Catholic religion, at the same time that we practice it intensely.
