The Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea in Brussels, Carmelo Nvono-Ncá, wished, as he has been doing every year, a Merry Christmas to President Obiang, to his entire family, as well as to the entire people of Equatorial Guinea.
S. E. Mr. President,
From the Embassy of Equatorial Guinea to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Kingdom of Denmark, the European Institutions and the OPCW, we address His Excellency, as well as his entire distinguished family , in these Christmas parties to convey our best wishes in this new year 2021 that will begin in just a few days. We hope that the year that begins will bring you Prosperity, Peace and Well-being.
This 2020 has not been at all a year that we will easily forget. The obvious difficulties caused by the serious global pandemic of COVID-19 have made Equatorial Guinea’s path towards evolution and progress even more rugged, already complicated and never without complications and interference.
However, His Excellency’s unbeatable management has allowed not only to exceptionally control the spread of the pandemic within our borders, but also for Equatorial Guinea, despite the tedious international context, to continue to be a model to follow within the African panorama.
With all certainty, the year 2021 will be tremendously demanding with all of us, but without any doubt, thanks to the efforts made by His Excellency, and whose example we follow from this Diplomatic Mission, the rewards will come in the form of more growth, development, security and stability. From the Foreign Ministry of the capital of Europe we wish to reaffirm our commitment to continue in the coming year by making Equatorial Guinea a better country.
With all this, I pray that God’s blessing of health, peace, harmony, happiness and well-being reaches His Excellency, his family and the entire People of Equatorial Guinea in the year 2021.
Carmelo Nvono-Ncá
