Nvono-Ncá y Embajador Guinea Ecuatorial Madrid

The Equatorial Guinea Ambassador in Brussels, Carmelo Nvono-Ncá, has moved to Madrid for work reasons, where he has visited his counterpart in the Spanish capital, Miguel Edjang Angue.

The reason for the meeting, apart from personally congratulating Ambassador Edjang Angue on the Christmas Holidays, was to start working on some of the 2021 goals. One of them, which is positioned as one of the great challenges of next year , is the Summit of Heads of State and Government European Union-African Union, which was scheduled for 2020, but due to health restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has not been able to take place and has been postponed to 2021. Ambassador Nvono-Ncá has not hesitated to count on the great political experience of the new Ambassador in Madrid as regards the first preparations for this important mission.

President Obiang’s participation in the 2014 EU-AU Summit was historic, with an unparalleled schedule of events. We want 2021 to be even more exceptional.

Despite the fact that this high-level event will take place in Brussels, Nvono-Ncá has wanted to take into account the objectives of the Embassy in Madrid, in view of the fact that President Obiang, apart from his participation in the Summit, will have a intense agenda of events and meetings in parallel, with the aim of making the most of your visit to the capital of Europe.
