The Brussels-based Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea, who maintains privileged relations with all Ibero American countries and all its institutions, took advantage of a working trip to Madrid, the Spanish capital, to meet the new Secretary General recently appointed to the prestigious Conference of Ministers of Justice of Ibero American Countries, the (COMJIB), who happens to be the former Colombian Minister of Justice, Enrique Gil Botero.

COMJIB is an international organization that brings together ministries of justice and counterpart institutions from 21 countries of the Ibero-American community. Because of its importance as a legal entity, as well as Equatorial Guinea’s interest in exploring new modes of cooperation with Latin American countries, this meeting can be a major step in the relations between our country and this Conference, which is also an observer organ of the United Nations General Assembly.
