The Embassy of Equatorial Guinea in Brussels is hosting this week one of the most important missions that has been commissioned in recent months. The Secretary-general of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea (PDGE), Jerónimo Osa Osa Ecoro, landed in the European capital last Monday, November 5, along with his entire delegation, with the aim of facing the substantial work agenda organized by the Embassy in Brussels.
During his first day of intense work, the Secretary General held important meetings in the European Parliament with MEPs from three of the Member States: Spain, France and Portugal. Specifically, Jerónimo Osa met with Clara Eugenia Aguilera, from the Socialist Group; José Manuel Fernandes, of the European Popular Group; Enrique Calvet Chambon, of the Liberal Group, and Juan Fernando López Aguilar, of the Socialist Group.
The Secretary-general of the PDGE was in charge of taking first hand to one of the most relevant institutions in the functioning of the European Union, the successes of the new policies of the Party, as well as the progress of Equatorial Guinea, both in what it has to see with the current economic situation, as with the social and political.
