Taking advantage of a work mission in Equatorial Guinea, the Ambassador in Brussels, Carmelo Nvono-Ncá, visited the country’s Ministry of Transport, Post Office and Telecommunications to hold an important working meeting with the Minister, Rufino Ovono Ondo, and part of his team executive.
Throughout the work meeting at the Ministry of Transport, it was concluded that Equatorial Guinea must make the maximum effort to respond to the ratifications and compliance with the more than 60 agreements of the International Maritime Organization of London, before which Nvono -Ncá is also an Ambassador, in order to enjoy good commercial maritime health at an international level.
No one is responsible for our national obligations except ourselves. That is why it is necessary for us to know how to fight against unfair policies that may occur both inside and outside our country.

Likewise, as a conclusion to the meeting at the Ministry of Transport, Ambassador Nvono-Ncá established suggestions and strategies to be carried out as soon as possible, with the aim of positioning the credibility of Equatorial Guinea within the context of the International Maritime Organization.
