Equatorial Guinea has lived this week a historic mission of the European press to the country. Specifically, it has been a visit of the Spanish newspaper La Razón and, for the first time in history, a Portuguese media: Africa Monitor. The objective of this important mission, facilitated by the Embassy of Equatorial Guinea in Brussels, and in particular its Ambassador, Carmelo Nvono-Ncá, has been to reflect on Equatorial Guinea’s progress in media of great influence in Europe, as well as the progress in democratic matter and national economic diversification, among other topics.

The President took the opportunity to insist on the implementation of the economic and social development program Horizon 2020, and said that this is why the III National Economic Conference has been organized. Likewise, the Head of State emphasized with emphasis the good diplomatic relations maintained with other Western nations and, once again, he extended his hand to Spain because of its close historical relations.
