Reunión Embajador Níger

The Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea in Brussels, Carmelo Nvono-Ncá, held a working meeting with the Ambassador of Niger in the Belgian capital, Idé Alhassane.

Throughout the fruitful meeting, both ambassadors have been able to talk about the optimal results being obtained by the OEACP‘s South-South and Triangular Cooperation Office, located in Malabo, which began its activity approximately two years ago. The cross-cutting theme of South-South and Triangular Cooperation, on the rise throughout the world, aims to change the paradigm and promote an exchange of resources, technology and knowledge among developing countries. For this reason, for Nvono-Ncá it is vital to inform his counterparts in Brussels of the work agenda of the important office, and that everyone can contribute to his activity.

Throughout the meeting, Nvono-Ncá and Idé Alhassane also had time to analyze the important position that Equatorial Guinea now occupies in the General Assembly of the OACPS Endowment and Trust Fund, as one of the representatives of the Central Africa region. This fund will ensure the financial viability of the OEACP, thanks to the investments and loans made in it.
